Dear client,

Via this page, we screen your company (the importer) and cargo flows for LFR purposes. After we complete this initial check, we will proceed with the onboarding procedure. You can start the KYC Questionnaire & Checklist via the green button on the right side of the screen.

The webpage can be translated by your browser into any language of your preference.

Before you begin, please ensure that you have the following required documents ready for uploading:

1. Company Trade Registry extract (not older than  6 months)

2. Proof of VAT Registration – An official document confirming your company’s VAT identification number.

3. UBO Declaration (if >25% shareholding)

4. Copy passport / ID of the director signing the PoA

5. Bank statement with matching company name & IBAN

6. Transport setup details (Incoterms, main forwarder)

7. VAT declaration of the previous 2 quarters/months (if the company is established less than 3 years ago)

8. Chamber of Commerce Extract of parent company (if applicable)

9. Group chart / Organogram (if applicable)

If you have all documents ready the questionnaire will take maximum:

All data is directly sent to our system and not shared anywhere else. Your data is stored on servers in the EU in compliance with GDPR Regulations. We only use the data to screen companies and cargo flows for LFR purposes.
